MAAC ProgramMAAC Program The MAAC Program offers primary care services, emergency dental services, and prescription fills for persons who have no other third party payor, who cannot afford to pay for these services, and meet program income guidelines. People who are residents of Taylor County may apply for medical doctor visits and prescriptions. For emergency dental services persons must live within the city limits of Abilene and meet income guidelines. Applicants should bring proof of income and proof of residence to be screened for MAAC and potential eligibility for any other State and local programs. Call for specific forms of verification to bring. LOCATIONS: Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Medical Care Hours for the Medical Care Mission Clinic are 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
