Ft. Phantom Hill - A pump station located on the eastern bank of Ft. Phantom Hill Lake pumps water from 40 feet below the surface. Four electric pumps deliver the water through two 45-inch lines to Northeast Treatment Plant and Grimes Treatment Plant.

Hubbard Creek Reservoir - A delivery system consisting of two parallel pipe lines can provide up to 30 mgd to the Lake Ft. Phantom Hill delivery system.

The Lake Ft. Phantom Hill/Hubbard Creek System is operated in accordance with the recommendations of a 1980 coordinated use study. The study focused on economy of system operation, maximization of dependable yield, and protection of water quality.

Lake Abilene - Water flows through a 21 mile long gravity pipeline to Abilene Treatment Plant located near Buffalo Gap Road and Highway 707.

Lake Kirby - Effluent water is stored in Lake Kirby, then pumped directly to six area golf courses where it is used for irrigation. Other major reuse water customers include local universities and public school districts, which use it to irrigate playing fields and landscaping

Clear Fork of the Brazos - A large pump station on the banks of the Clear Fork of the Brazos River, near Ft. Phantom Hill Lake allows up to 1006 cubic feet per second of water to be pumped into Lake Ft. Phantom Hill. Pumping begins under selected volume and quality conditions.
