It is the goal of the City of Abilene to have a well-trained workforce that is aware of both current trends and tried and true business practices. In an effort to make this information available outside of the classroom, the Training Library was created. The Training Library is housed in the Training & Employee Development Office. A wealth of resources, including books, videos, audio tapes, and CD-ROMs are available for employee use. These materials cover a wide variety of topics and new materials are added regularly. |
