If you witness a pollutant discharge or an illegal dumping activity into creeks or local drainage ways that poses a harmful situation to the health and safety of the community or the environment, please report these activities to the Stormwater Services Division at 325-676-6281 during 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.  After hours, please report the occurrence to the City of Abilene's Water Hotline at 325-676-6000.
