Rain Barrel Program
The Stormwater Services Division and Coca-Cola have formed a partnership to provide rain barrels to businesses and citizens of Abilene.
Rain barrels will be distributed during normal business hours from the Environmental Recycling Center – 2209 Oak St. – The ERC is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Sunday. The Center is closed on all city approved holidays.
Free 55-gallon rain barrels will be given away while supplies last, one per household.
