Residential Side Loader Service

The current charge for all residential customers is $14.35 per month for regular collection services. Special services are available as listed below.

•  A $7.50 fee is added for those customers who have a small business in the home, (day care, beauty shop, etc.).
• The private use of an alley container is $46.10
• An Environmental Charge of $1.75 will be added to each account.
• An Infrastructure Charge of $0.50 will be added to each account.

Commercial Side Loader Service
  • 90 to 100 gallon roll-out containers are available in designated areas for $21.10 per month.
  • 300 gallon containers are also available in designated areas for $46.10 per month.

    Commercial Front Loader Service

    There are several levels of fees for the commercial front loader user. Some of the more common fees for twice a week collection are listed below. Call 676-6056 for prices on more frequent collection. All fees are listed for 2 times a week collection:

  • An Environmental Charge of $1.75 will be added to each account.
  • An Infrastructure Charge of $1.50 will be added to each account.

    Regular collection

  • A 2- yard container is $35.45 per month.
  • A 3- yard container is $52.80 per month.
  • A 4- yard container is $73.15 per month.
  • A 6- yard container is $99.85 per month.
  • An 8- yard container is $127.55 per month.

    Special collections

  • A 4-yard container is available as a short term lease for $31.50 per collection.
  • An 8- yard container is available as a short term lease. The fee is $35.00 per collection.

    Extra collections on regular route:

  • 2- yard container charge is $18.00 per collection
  • 3 and 4 yard container charge is $29.00 per collection.
  • 6 and 8 yard container charge is $36.00 per collection.

    Extra collections off of regular route:

  • 2- yard container charge is $25.00 per collection
  • 3 and 4 yard container charge is $44.00 per collection.
  • 6 and 8 yard container charge is $52.00 per collection.


    • Container wash out charge is $60.00


    Commercial Roll-off Service

    The charges for the commercial roll-off user changed on 04/01/07. All sizes of open-top containers for non-scheduled (short-term) service are now the same charge.

  • All containers will include a $40.00 set charge and $3.00 per day rental charge.
  • Non-scheduled (short term) open-top containers (20, 30, or 40 yd) are $115.00 per haul plus $25.00 per ton.


    • Closed body containers, compactor systems, and permanent open-tops are also available. Please call 676-6053 for additional information.


    Bulk & Brushy Collection Service / Yard Waste & Trash Collection

    There is currently no charge for regularly scheduled alley clean up and curbside collections. However, the following special services are provided for an extra charge.

  • Manual collection service in city designated areas is $14.35 per month. (No new customers are being accepted for this service)

  • More than a pick-up truck full of limbs is deemed an excessive amount. Brush pick up in excess of a regular pick-up truck bed full is $40.00 per hour.

  • A self load 5- cubic yard flatbed truck is available for lease at $66.00 per load.

  • An Environmental Charge of $1.75 will be added to each account.

  • An Infrastructure Charge of $0.50 will be added to each account.



    • Recycling Collection Services

    There are several levels of services that we provide for those customers who would like to recycle their cardboard. These are in addition to our neighborhood drop-off sites.
  • An 8- yard container is $55.00 a month for one time per week collection.

  • Each additional collection at the same site is $25.00.

  • A 40- yard closed body container is $80.00 per month.



    • Container Exchange/Refurbishment

    Customers will pay a fee for container exchange unless the exchange is made for a container of different capacity. A requested change in size to correct an abuse is not acceptable. The Solid Waste Manager-Solid Waste Services, upon request, will determine the need for exchange. Containers throughout the City will be exchanged on a rotating basis for normal refurbishment at no charge to the customer.
