Free family movie on Friday
The City of Abilene Recreation Division and AEP will sponsor the City's second summer “Movie in the Park” at the Rose Park Amphitheatre on Friday, Aug. 4.
The Academy Award winning movie, Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit , begins at 9 p.m. and is rated rated G. The “Movie in the Park” night is free and open to the public. Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs and snacks to the movie.
