The City of Abilene has officially begun the process of revising all of the current development regulations, including the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and Sign Regulations. We are working with consulting firm Dunkin, Sefko, and Assoc., based in Dallas, to help with the revisions. Planning and Development Services will periodically be posting information and drafts at this website for public review throughout the process. Our current regulations can be accessed with the links below for comparison with the new proposals.
