Neighborhood Links

Neighborhoods USA created in 1975 is a national non-profit organization committed to building and strengthening neighborhood organizations by sharing information and experiences.

American Community Gardening Association (ACGA) founded in 1979 helps gardening programs share their limited resources, and benefit from each other's experience and expertise by offering support, coaching and wherever possible, connect programs with specific challenges to programs which have already worked through similar situations.

Neighborhood Link is an Internet-based community network that enables every neighborhood in participating metropolitan areas to create their own free, interactive Web site with no knowledge of html or any programming language.

Center for Neighborhood Technology provides neighborhoods with information on tools and methods that create livable urban communities for everyone. Until recently, most of their work has focused on the Chicago region and its communities. However the tools and methods used are relevant to many other urban settings.

National Crime Prevention Council provides information and tools to enable people to create safer and more caring communities by addressing the causes of crime and violence and reducing the opportunities for crime to occur
