Engineering Team
The team is composed of:
- One Professional Engineer
- Three Engineering Technicians
- Two Inspectors
The team based approach designates roles and responsibilities to different members of the team and
people appointed to the team. The Engineer is the leader. The Engineer Technicians produce construction
plans, contract documents, specifications, and project cost estimates. One inspector is assigned to the
project until it is finished. A Construction Superintendent joins up with the team after a contract has
been awarded.
