The office of Land Agent has several functions:

• Obtain right of way and easements for construction projects.
• Manage and lease City property.
• Manage oil and gas interests within the City limits and on City property.
• Performs due diligence on acquisitions and sales.
• Provides opinions of values on property interests.
• Performs title review.
• Administers Street Use License Agreements and Special Event Permits
