Fixed-route bus service is CityLink's core service. In this service, standard transit buses are operated over an established route structure on a fixed schedule. There are 12 routes arranged in a hub and spoke fashion across the City. All routes depart and arrive from the CityLink Station at 1189 S. 2nd St. To facilitate transfers, all routes except one depart the station at 15 minutes and/or 45 minutes after the hour.

PASSES
CityLink passes make the going even easier. Passes save cash by providing unlimited trips for the pass time period. Simply show the pass each time when boarding the bus. Passes may be purchased in the CityLink Station at 1189 S. 2nd Street.
Weekly passes offer unlimited rides for a week (Monday through Saturday). Monthly passes offer unlimited rides from the first through the last day of the month stamped on the pass. Monthly passes go on sale on or around the 20th day of the preceding month.

ABILENE, Texas – CityLink Transit has some great deals available for kids that need to ride the City bus system to get to and from a summer activity.
Summer Fun Passes are available for purchase. The passes will be good for use on the fixed-route bus system beginning June 1st. Students may purchase a $10 Student Summer Fun Pass for unlimited rides all summer. That is a special savings of $39.50 on bus passes. Passes are good for students ages 5 though 18 years old.
The student must be present at the time of ID pass purchase and must bring proof of participation in a qualified summer activity to be eligible for the Summer Fun Pass program. Some eligible summer activities include participation in the Boys & Girls Club, City of Abilene Recreation, camps (that the student will get to by bus), daycare, summer school, internships, workshops and YMCA/YWCA.
Passes are good for the qualifying summer activity as well as unlimited rides on the fixed-route system for any other purpose from June 1-August 31.
