Title VI Statement
The City of Abilene, Texas hereby asserts that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity for which the Recipient received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and hereby give assurance that it will promptly take any measures necessary to effectuate this agreement.
CityLink Transit management believes that all persons are entitled to equal opportunities and does not discriminate against its passengers, employees or applicants because of race, religion, color, national origin, disability, age or sex. Individuals alleging discrimination are encouraged to notify the General Manager in writing at their earliest convenience.
