Community Outreach Educational Programs CityLink offers educational programs during the regular school year for public and private schools in Abilene. These programs, which include a ride on a CityLink bus, are designed to teach elementary school students how to ride buses as well as the important role transit plays in our community. Christmas Light Tours Each December, CityLink provides Christmas Light Tours for the public. Information regarding dates, times, pickup locations, and ticket sales outlets are publicized just prior to the tours.
