Resolutions:

Oral Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into installation contract for a baggage claim system at Abilene Regional Airport with G & S Airport Conveyor.

Oral Resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation for work to be done at Abilene Regional Airport.

Resolution ordering the May 4, 2002 Joint City/AISD General Election for the office of Mayor and Council Places 3 and 4, and providing for a Runoff Election on June 1, 2002 if needed.

subjects set out above.  After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote
taken, will be in public.

City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in a closed meeting when deliberation
in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
