Resolutions:

Oral Resolution authorizing amendment of lease terms between the City of Abilene and Abilene Preservation League, Inc. on the Elks Lodge Building.

Oral Resolution authorizing City Manager to enter into agreement with HNTB for professional services associated with runway safety area improvements to Runway 17L-35R at Abilene Regional Airport.

Resolution supporting Public Utility Commission’s Texas 325 Area Code Relief Alternative Number 4 – Three-Way Geographic Split.

Oral Resolution approving contract with National Development Council for professional and development services for FY 2001/2002.

litigation subjects set out above.  After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation

subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public.

City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in

a closed meeting when deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on

the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person, pursuant to Texas

Government Code 551.072.
