They also include links to an Energy Calculator (find out how many calories you should be eating based on your daily activities), and a Soy Food Finder (allows you to learn more about what soy is, what its benefits are, where you can find it, and how to cook with it). Your Nutrition Profile
A project of the Dietitians of Canada, this site allows you to calculate the nutrition content of an average day's food intake. Keep in mind that they base their discussions of recommended consumption of nutrients on the Canadian standards for "Recommended Nutrient Intakes" which are generally slightly different than the United States standards. Information given at this or any other nutrition site should be taken as guidance only, and should not replace the advice of a qualified dietitian.
